Ian Somerhalder Plastic Surgery

 
American actor and model Ian Somerhalder, best known for playing Boone Carlyle in the TV drama "Lost" and Damon Salvatore in the TV drama "The Vampire Diaries", is rumored to have succumbed to plastic surgery to maintain his youthful appearance.
Somerhalder, 35, is speculated to have gotten a nose job, an eye lift surgery, jaw implant and botox injections.

Judging by the before and after pictures, there is no doubt that Somerhalder looks a bit different than he used to. He remains young with tight and smooth facial skin. There are also no wrinkles or fine lines under his eyes, an indication of botox injections.

Ian's face looks longer and much more defined than before. The shape of his face was rather square while now is reshaped with a protruding, tougher and longer jaw, making his eyes seem closer together. All these factors made the jaw implant rumors spread like wildfire. There are also some celebrity watchers who criticized the star claiming he is barely recognizable. 

 

On the other hand, Somerhalder has dismissed the plastic surgery rumors, insisting that his image is still 100% natural. 

 

 

Conclusion: With or without plastic surgery, Somerhalder looks normal and natural. If he did undergo plastic surgery, it is certainly a success!
